Imam Muslim : 1945و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَوَكِيعٌ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ح و حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ح و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ يُضَاعَفُ الْحَسَنَةُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعمِائَة ضِعْفٍ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَّا الصَّوْمَ فَإِنَّهُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ يَدَعُ شَهْوَتَهُ وَطَعَامَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي لِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ فَرْحَةٌ عِنْدَ فِطْرِهِ وَفَرْحَةٌ عِنْدَ لِقَاءِ رَبِّهِ وَلَخُلُوفُ فِيهِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ
Narrated to us by Abu Bakr bin Abu Shaibah, narrated to us by Abu Mu'awiyah and Waki' from Al-A'mash, Narrated to us by Zuhair bin Harb, narrated to us by Jarir from Al-A'mash - in another narration - Narrated to us by Abu Sa'id Al-Ashajj - his wording as well - Narrated to us by Waki', narrated to us by Al-A'mash from Abu Shalih from Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, he said The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Every deed of the son of Adam is multiplied in reward. One good deed is given a reward of ten to seven hundred times. Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, said 'Except fasting, for fasting is for Me and I will reward it. Because he has left his lust and his food for My sake.' And for the fasting person, there are two joys. Joy when he breaks his fast, and joy when he meets his Lord. Indeed, the breath of the mouth of the fasting person is more fragrant to Allah than the fragrance of musk.'
