Barangsiapa yang membaca dua ayat dari akhir surat al baqarah pada waktu malam, itu telah cukup untuk melindunginya dari kejahatan yang dibenci
Imam Bukhari : 4624حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَرَأَ بِالْآيَتَيْنِ و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَمَنْ قَرَأَ بِالْآيَتَيْنِ مِنْ آخِرِ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ كَفَتَاهُوَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ وَكَّلَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِحِفْظِ زَكَاةِ رَمَضَانَ فَأَتَانِي آتٍ فَجَعَلَ يَحْثُو مِنْ الطَّعَامِ فَأَخَذْتُهُ فَقُلْتُ لَأَرْفَعَنَّكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَصَّ الْحَدِيثَ فَقَالَ إِذَا أَوَيْتَ إِلَى فِرَاشِكَ فَاقْرَأْ آيَةَ الْكُرْسِيِّ لَنْ يَزَالَ مَعَكَ مِنْ اللَّهِ حَافِظٌ وَلَا يَقْرَبُكَ شَيْطَانٌ حَتَّى تُصْبِحَ وَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَدَقَكَ وَهُوَ كَذُوبٌ ذَاكَ شَيْطَانٌ
Narrated to us Muhammad bin Kathir, informed us Shu'bah from Sulaiman from Ibrahim from Abdurrahman from Abu Mas'ud from the Prophet peace be upon him, he said, "Whoever recites the two verses..." And narrated to us Abu Nu'aim, narrated to us Sufyan from Mansur from Ibrahim from Abdurrahman bin Yazid from Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), he said the Prophet peace be upon him said, "Whoever recites the last two verses of Surah Al Baqarah at night, they will suffice him." Uthman bin Al Haitham said narrated to us Awf from Muhammad bin Sirin from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him entrusted me with guarding the zakat of Ramadan. Someone came and started taking food, so I seized him and said, "I will take you to the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him." He narrated the story and said, "When you go to your bed, recite Ayat Al Kursi, and a guardian from Allah will remain with you, and no devil will approach you until morning." The Prophet peace be upon him said, "He spoke the truth to you, though he is a liar. That was a devil.
