Imam Abu Dawud : 111حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ الرُّبَيِّعِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ مِنْ فَضْلِ مَاءٍ كَانَ فِي يَدِهِ
Narrated by Musaddad, narrated by Abdullah bin Dawud, from Sufyan bin Sa’id, from Ibn ‘Aqil, from Ar-Rubayyi’, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, wiped his head with the water remaining in his hand.
