Lautan itu suci airnya dan halal bangkainnya (untuk dimakan)
Imam Ibnu Majah : 380حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ حَدَّثَنِي صَفْوَانُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ هُوَ مِنْ آلِ ابْنِ الْأَزْرَقِ أَنَّ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ وَهُوَ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الدَّارِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُجَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نَرْكَبُ الْبَحْرَ وَنَحْمِلُ مَعَنَا الْقَلِيلَ مِنْ الْمَاءِ فَإِنْ تَوَضَّأْنَا بِهِ عَطِشْنَا أَفَنَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ مَاءِ الْبَحْرِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هُوَ الطَّهُورُ مَاؤُهُ الْحِلُّ مَيْتَتُهُ
Narrated to us Hisyam bin Ammar, narrated to us Malik bin Anas, narrated to me Shafwan bin Sulaim, from Sa'id bin Salamah, from the family of Ibnu Al Azraq, that Al Mughirah bin Abu Burdah, from Bani Abdu Ad Dar, heard Abu Hurairah say: 'A man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah we sail the sea and carry little water. If we use it for wudhu we will thirst. May we use seawater for wudhu?" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "Its water is pure and its dead creatures are halal."'"
