Rasulullah apabila bertakbir maka beliau mengangkat kedua tangannya hingga sejajar dengan kedua telinganya
Imam Nasa'i : 1045أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ الْعَنْبَرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَلْقَمَةُ بْنُ وَائِلٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَصَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَأَيْتُهُ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ إِذَا افْتَتَحَ الصَّلَاةَ وَإِذَا رَكَعَ وَإِذَا قَالَ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ هَكَذَا وَأَشَارَ قَيْسٌ إِلَى نَحْوِ الْأُذُنَيْنِ
Narrated to us [Suwaid bin Nasr] he said :Narrated to us ['Abdullah bin Al Mubarak] from [Qais bin Salim Al 'Anbariy] he said :Narrated to us ['Alqamah bin Wa'il] he said : has told me [my father], he said : "I once prayed behind Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihi wasallam, and I saw him sallallahu'alaihi wasallam raise both hands when starting the prayer and when he was about to bow'. And when he said, 'Sami'allahu liman hamidah", like this." -Qais (narrator) indicated by raising both hands until they were level with his ears-.
