Pena diangkat dari tiga golongan
Imam Tirmidzi : 1343حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقُطَعِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ عَنْ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنْ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَشِبَّ وَعَنْ الْمَعْتُوهِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَلِيٍّ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَذَكَرَ بَعْضُهُمْ وَعَنْ الْغُلَامِ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ وَلَا نَعْرِفُ لِلْحَسَنِ سَمَاعًا مِنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَرَوَاهُ الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ مَوْقُوفًا وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى قَدْ كَانَ الْحَسَنُ فِي زَمَانِ عَلِيٍّ وَقَدْ أَدْرَكَهُ وَلَكِنَّا لَا نَعْرِفُ لَهُ سَمَاعًا مِنْهُ وَأَبُو ظَبْيَانَ اسْمُهُ حُصَيْنُ بْنُ جُنْدَبٍ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Yahya Al Qutha'i Al Bashri], narrated to us [Bisyr bin Umar], narrated to us [Hammam] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan Al Bashri] from [Ali], that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'The pen is lifted from three: the one who is asleep until he wakes, the child until he reaches puberty, and the insane until he regains his sanity.' He said: In this matter, there is a similar hadith from A'isyah. Abu Isa said: The hadith of Ali is hasan gharib from this chain but has been narrated through other chains from Ali from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Some mention: 'And from a child until he has a wet dream.' But we do not know that Al Hasan heard from Ali bin Abu Thalib. This hadith is also narrated from ['Atha bin As Saib] from [Abu Zhabyan] from [Ali bin Abu Thalib] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, like this. Al A'masy narrated it from Abu Zhabyan from Ibnu Abbas from Ali as mauquf but did not narrate it as marfu'. This hadith is a guiding practice among the scholars. Abu Isa said: Al Hasan lived during Ali’s time and sometimes followed him, but we do not know if he has a hadith heard from him. Abu Zhabyan is named Hushain bin Jundab.
