حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يُقِمْ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

Narrated to us [Qutaibah] has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him said: "Let no one of you order his brother to stand up from his seat, then he sits down in that place." Abu Isa said : This hadith is hasan sahih .
