حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ الْجَذْمِيِّ عَنْ الْجَارُودِ بْنِ الْمُعَلَّىأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الشُّرْبِ قَائِمًاقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَنَسٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ حَسَنٌ وَهَكَذَا رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ الْجَارُودِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَنْ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ الْجَارُودِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ضَالَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِ حَرَقُ النَّارِ وَالْجَارُودُ هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الْعَبْدِيُّ صَاحِبُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَيُقَالُ الْجَارُودُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ أَيْضًا وَالصَّحِيحُ ابْنُ الْمُعَلَّى

Narrated to us [Humaid bin Mas'adah], narrated to us [Khalid bin Al Harits] from [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from [Abu Muslim Al Jadzmi] from [Al Jarud bin Al Mu'alli] that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prohibited drinking while standing. A similar hadith was narrated from Abu Sa'id, Abu Hurairah, and Anas. Abu Isa said: This is a gharib hasan hadith. Likewise, it was narrated by more than one from Sa'id from Qatadah from Muslim from Al Jarud from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. It was also narrated from [Qatadah] from [Yazid bin Abdullah bin Asy Syikhkhir] from [Abu Muslim] from [Al Jarud] that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'The lost property of a believer is the fuel of the Hellfire.' Al Jarud is Ibnul Mu'alla Al Abdi, a companion of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. He is also called Al Jarud bin Al 'Ala`, but the correct one is Ibnul Mu'alla.
