حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ وَوَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْمَوْعِظَةِ فَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّكُمْ مَحْشُورُونَ إِلَى اللَّهِ عُرَاةً غُرْلًا ثُمَّ قَرَأَ{ كَمَا بَدَأْنَا أَوَّلَ خَلْقٍ نُعِيدُهُ وَعْدًا عَلَيْنَا }إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ قَالَ أَوَّلُ مَنْ يُكْسَى يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ وَإِنَّهُ سَيُؤْتَى بِرِجَالٍ مِنْ أُمَّتِي فَيُؤْخَذُ بِهِمْ ذَاتَ الشِّمَالِ فَأَقُولُ رَبِّ أَصْحَابِي فَيُقَالُ إِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا أَحْدَثُوا بَعْدَكَ فَأَقُولُ كَمَا قَالَ الْعَبْدُ الصَّالِحُ{ وَكُنْتُ عَلَيْهِمْ شَهِيدًا مَا دُمْتُ فِيهِمْ فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّيْتَنِي كُنْتَ أَنْتَ الرَّقِيبَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَنْتَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ إِنْ تُعَذِّبْهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ عِبَادُكَ وَإِنْ تَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ }إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ فَيُقَالُ هَؤُلَاءِ لَمْ يَزَالُوا مُرْتَدِّينَ عَلَى أَعْقَابِهِمْ مُنْذُ فَارَقْتَهُمْحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ نَحْوَهُ قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَرَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ نَحْوَهُ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى كَأَنَّهُ تَأَوَّلَهُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الرِّدَّةِ

Narrated to us [Mahmud bin Ghailan] has told us [Waki'], [Wahab bin Jarir] and [Abu Dawud] they said: Narrated to us [Syu'bah] from [Al Mughirah bin An Nu'man] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Abbas] said: Rasulullahpeace be upon him stood up to give advice, he said: "O people, indeed you will be gathered to Allah is naked and uncircumcised," then he read: "As We have begun the first creation, so We will repeat it, that is a promise that We will definitely fulfill." (Al Anbiyaa`: 105) The first person to be given clothes on that day was Ibrahim and a number of people from my Ummah would be brought in, they would be included in the left group (experts of hell) then I prayed: O Rabb, they are all my friends, then answered: Indeed, you do not know what they have done after you. Then I prayed as the righteous servant said: 'I was a witness to them while I was with them but when You passed away from me, You were the one who watched over them and You are the Witness of everything. If You torture them then truly they are Your servants.' (Al Maa`idah: 117-118) then answered: They continued to apostatize after you died." Abu Isa said that this hadith was hasan authentic. Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basyar] has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Al Mughirah bin An Nu'man] it seems. Abu Isa said: This hadith hasan been authentic. [Sufyan Ats Tsauri] narrated it from [Al Mughirah bin An Nu'man] apparently saying: It seems that he interpreted it for the apostates.
