حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ وَرَّادٍ مَوْلَى الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ عُقُوقَ الْأُمَّهَاتِ وَوَأْدَ الْبَنَاتِ وَمَنَعَ وَهَاتِ وَكَرِهَ لَكُمْ قِيلَ وَقَالَ وَكَثْرَةَ السُّؤَالِ وَإِضَاعَةَ الْمَالِ
Narrated to us 'Uthman, narrated to us Jarir, from Mansur, from Ash-Sha'bi, from Warrad, the freed slave of Al-Mughirah bin Shubah, from Al-Mughirah bin Shubah, he said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Allah has forbidden you from disobeying mothers, burying daughters alive, withholding and demanding, and He dislikes for you gossip, excessive questioning, and wasting wealth.'
