و حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ عَبْدًا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ آخَرَ قُوِّمَ عَلَيْهِ فِي مَالِهِ قِيمَةَ عَدْلٍ لَا وَكْسَ وَلَا شَطَطَ ثُمَّ عَتَقَ عَلَيْهِ فِي مَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ مُوسِرًا

Narrated to us ['Amru An Naqid] and [Ibnu Abu Umar], both from [Ibnu 'Uyainah], [Ibnu Abu Umar] said: narrated to us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from ['Amru] from [Salim bin Abdullah] from [his father], that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Whoever frees a slave he co-owns with others should pay his partners their share fairly, without deceit or injustice, then free the slave with his wealth if he is able.'
