حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نُعْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَقَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَبِيُّ التَّوْبَةِ مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بَرِيئًا مِمَّا قَالَ لَهُ أَقَامَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَابْنُ أَبِي نُعْمٍ هُوَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي نُعْمٍ الْبَجَلِيُّ يُكْنَى أَبَا الْحَكَمِ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ

Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Muhammad], informed us [Abdullah bin Mubarak] from [Fudlail bin Ghazwan] from [Abu Nu'm] from [Abu Hurairah], he said: Abul Qasim, peace and blessings be upon him, the Prophet of Repentance, said: 'Whoever accuses his slave of adultery while the slave is innocent of the accusation, the hadd punishment will be enforced on him on the Day of Resurrection, unless the accusation is true.' Abu Isa said: This is a hasan sahih hadith. Ibnu Abu Nu'm is Abdurrahman bin Abu Nu'm Al Bajali, his kunya is Abul Hakam. A similar hadith was narrated from Suwaid bin Muqarrin and Abdullah bin Umar.
