Peristiwa li'an al-'ajlani: ketentuan hukum sumpah suami istri, status nasab anak li'an, dan batasan hukum rajam tanpa bukti
Imam Tirmidzi : 1124حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ أَنْبَأَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَلَاعَنَ رَجُلٌ امْرَأَتَهُ وَفَرَّقَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْأُمِّقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah], informed us [Malik bin Anas] from [Nafi'] from [Ibnu Umar], he said: A man performed li'an with his wife, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, divorced them and assigned the child to the mother. Abu Isa said: This hadith is hasan sahih and is acted upon by the scholars.
