حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَرِيفٍ الْكُوفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُوقَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَرَفَعَتْ امْرَأَةٌ صَبِيًّا لَهَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلِهَذَا حَجٌّ قَالَ نَعَمْ وَلَكِ أَجْرٌقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثُ جَابِرٍ حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا قَزَعَةُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُرْسَلًا

Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Tharif Al Kufi], narrated to us [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Muhammad bin Suqah] from [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] who said: 'A woman lifted her young child before the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him and asked: O Messenger of Allah, may this child perform Hajj? He replied: Yes, and you will receive reward.' Abu Isa At Tirmidzi said: 'Similar hadiths are narrated from Ibnu Abbas. The hadith of Jabir is gharib. Narrated to us [Qutaibah], narrated to us [Qaza'ah bin Suwaid Al Bahili] from [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] from the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him like the hadith above.' Abu 'Isa said: 'This hadith has been narrated from Muhammad bin Al Munkadir from the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him in mursal form.'
