Narrated to us by Abu Bakr bin Abu Shaibah, narrated to us by Muhammad bin Bishr Al-Abdi, narrated to us by Zakariya bin Abu Zaidah, narrated to us by Abdul Malik bin Umair from Abu Al-Ahwash who said: Abdullah said: 'We used to think, that no one who does not attend (congregational) prayer except he is a hypocrite whose hypocrisy is clear, or if he is sick, then he walks by being supported between two people until he attends prayer.' Abdullah bin Mas'ud said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) has taught us the sunnahs of guidance, and among the sunnahs of guidance is obligatory prayer in the mosque for which adhan is sounded.
