حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَيَّ صَلَاةً صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ بِهَا عَشْرًاقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَعَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ وَعَمَّارٍ وَأَبِي طَلْحَةَ وَأَنَسٍ وَأُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَرُوِي عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَغَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ قَالُوا صَلَاةُ الرَّبِّ الرَّحْمَةُ وَصَلَاةُ الْمَلَائِكَةِ الِاسْتِغْفَارُ

Informed us [Ali bin Hujr], informed us [Isma'il bin ja'far] from ['Ala' bin Abdurrahman] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah], he said, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever sends blessings upon me, Allah will send blessings upon him ten times." (Narrator) said, in this chapter (there is also narration from) from Abdurrahman bin 'Auf, 'Amir bin Rabi'ah, Amar, Abu Thalhah, Anas and Ubay bin Ka'ab. Abu Isa said, Abu Hurairah's hadith is hasan sahih. It has been narrated from Sufyan At Tsauri and others from the people of knowledge, they said, (the meaning of) the Lord's prayer is mercy, and the angels' blessings is seeking forgiveness.
