أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى فِي أَصْحَابِهِ تَأَخُّرًا فَقَالَ تَقَدَّمُوا فَأْتَمُّوا بِي وَلْيَأْتَمَّ بِكُمْ مَنْ بَعْدَكُمْ وَلَا يَزَالُ قَوْمٌ يَتَأَخَّرُونَ حَتَّى يُؤَخِّرَهُمْ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّأَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ نَحْوَهُ

Narrated to us [Suwaid bin Nasr] he said :Narrated to us [Abdullah bin Al Mubarak] from [Ja'far bin Hayyan] from [Abu Nadhrah] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] that Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihi wasallam once saw his companions late, so he said, "Come forward and pray behind me. As for those who are late, give thanks to those behind you. Indeed, a people is always late until Allah the Mighty and Majestic put an end to them." WhileNarrated to us [Suwaid bin Nasr] said,Narrated to us [Abdullah] from [Aljurairi] from [Abi Nadhrah] for example.
