حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ وَأَبُو عَمَّارٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَرَمَقْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَهْرًا فَكَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ بِقُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَأَنَسٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَحَفْصَةَ وَعَائِشَةَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ وَلَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي أَحْمَدَ وَالْمَعْرُوفُ عِنْدَ النَّاسِ حَدِيثُ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ وَقَدْ رَوَى عَنْ أَبِي أَحْمَدَ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ أَيْضًا وَأَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ثِقَةٌ حَافِظٌ قَالَ سَمِعْت بُنْدَارًا يَقُولُ مَا رَأَيْتُ أَحَدًا أَحْسَنَ حِفْظًا مِنْ أَبِي أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيِّ وَأَبُو أَحْمَدَ اسْمُهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ الْكُوفِيُّ الْأَسَدِيُّ

Narrated to us [Mahmud bin Ghailan] and [Abu Ammar], both said: narrated to us [Abu Ahmad Az Zubairi], he said: narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Mujahid] from [Ibnu Umar], he said: "I observed the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, for one month, he always recited QUL YAA AYYUHAL KAFIRUN and QUL HUWAALLAHU AHAD when performing the two raka'at before Subuh." He said: "In this chapter there is also narration from Ibnu Umar, Ibnu Mas'ud, Anas, Abu Hurairah, Ibnu Abbas, Hafshah, and 'Aisyah." Abu Isa said: "The hadith of Ibnu Umar is hasan. I do not know this hadith from the hadith of Ast Tsauri from Ishaq, except from the hadith of Abu Ahmad. But what is famous according to the people is the hadith of Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq. And this hadith is also narrated from [Abu Ahma], from [Isra'il]. Abu Ahmad is a reliable hadith scholar and hafiz. He said: 'I heard Bundar say: "I have never seen anyone with better memorization than Abu Ahmad Az Zubairi."' And Abu Ahmad's name is Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Az Zubairi Al Kufi Al Asadi."
