حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ الْبَتِّيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَأَصَبْنَا سَبَايَا يَوْمَ أَوْطَاسٍ وَلَهُنَّ أَزْوَاجٌ فِي قَوْمِهِنَّ فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَنَزَلَتْ{ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنْ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ }قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ وَهَكَذَا رَوَاهُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الْبَتِّيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَأَبُو الْخَلِيلِ اسْمُهُ صَالِحُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ وَرَوَى هَمَّامٌ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ صَالِحٍ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ الْهَاشِمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ عَبدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ

Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Mani'], narrated to us [Husyaim], narrated to us ['Utsman Al Bati] from [Abu Al Khalil] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri], he said: 'We obtained captive women in the Battle of Authas. They had husbands still with their people. This was conveyed to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Then the verse was revealed: And [prohibited to you are] married women except those your right hands possess." (Meaning: captives whose husbands were not captured with them.)' Abu Isa said: 'This is a hasan hadith. [Ats Tsauri] narrated from ['Utsman Al Bati] from [Abu Al Khalil] from [Abu Sa'id], and Abu Al Khalil's name is Shalih bin Abu Maryam. [Hammam] narrated this hadith from [Qatadah] from [Shalih Abu Khalil] from [Abu 'Alqamah Al Hasyimi] from [Abu Sa'id] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Narrated to us [Abdullah bin Humaid], narrated to us [Habban bin Hilal], narrated to us [Hammam].'"
