أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْحَكَمَ بْنَ عُتَيْبَةَ يَقُولُ كَانَ يُعْجِبُهُمْ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْحَائِضِ أَنْ تَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءَهَا لِلصَّلَاةِ ثُمَّ تُسَبِّحَ اللَّهَ وَتُكَبِّرَهُ فِي وَقْتِ الصَّلَاةِ

Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] Narrated to us [Yahya bin Ayyub] he said: "I once heard [Al Hakam bin 'Utaibah] say: 'They are very amazed at a woman who is menstruating, she performs ablution as she does for prayer, then she makes praise and reciting takbir to Him during prayer.
