حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ قَالَتْكُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ الْجَنَابَةِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عَامَّةِ الْفُقَهَاءِ أَنْ لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ الرَّجُلُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَائِشَةَ وَأَنَسٍ وَأُمِّ هَانِئٍ وَأُمِّ صُبَيَّةَ الْجُهَنِيَّةِ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَأَبُو الشَّعْثَاءِ اسْمُهُ جَابِرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ

Narrated to us [Ibn Abi ‘Umar], he said: narrated to us [Sufyan bin ‘Uyaynah] from [‘Amr bin Dinar] from [Abu Ash-Sha‘tha’] from [Ibn ‘Abbas]: "[Maymunah] said to me: ‘I once bathed with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah’s peace be upon him, from one vessel while junub.’" Abu Isa said: "This is hasan sahih. Most fuqaha permit a man and woman to bathe from one vessel. In this chapter there are narrations from ‘Ali, ‘A’ishah, Anas, Umm Hani’, Umm Subayyah Al-Juhaniyyah, Umm Salamah, and Ibn ‘Umar." Abu Isa said: "Abu Ash-Sha‘tha’’s name is Jabir bin Zayd."
