Narrated to us [Hannad], narrated to us [Qabishah] from [Hammad bin Salamah] from ['Atha' Al Khurasani] from [Yahya bin Ya'mar] from ['Ammar] that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, gave leniency to the person in a state of janabah, if he wants to eat and drink or sleep, he should perform wudu' like wudu' for prayer. Abu 'Isa said, this is a hasan sahih hadith.
