Narrated to us [Qutaibah] from [Malik] from [Abdullah bin Dinar] from [Ibn Umar] from the Prophet peace be upon him , he said: "Whoever says to his brother (a Muslim); 'O infidel' then indeed one of the two has occupied (the position of) the infidel." This is a hasan shahih gharib hadith, while the meaning of bâ'a is aqarra (to occupy).
