حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْكُوفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَحَبَّ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللَّهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَأَدْنَاهُمْ مِنْهُ مَجْلِسًا إِمَامٌ عَادِلٌ وَأَبْغَضَ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَأَبْعَدَهُمْ مِنْهُ مَجْلِسًا إِمَامٌ جَائِرٌقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ

Narrated to us [Ali bin Al Mundzir Al Kufi], narrated to us [Muhammad bin Fudlail] from [Fudlail bin Marzuq] from ['Athiyyah] from [Abu Sa'id], he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Indeed, the most beloved person to Allah and closest in seat on the Day of Judgment is the just leader, while the most hated by Allah and farthest in seat is the tyrannical leader." He said: In this matter, there is a similar hadith from Abdullah bin Abu Aufa. Abu Isa said: The hadith of Abu Sa'id is hasan gharib we do not know it except from this chain."
