حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَاعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَرَجَ ثَلَاثَةُ نَفَرٍ يَمْشُونَ فَأَصَابَهُمْ الْمَطَرُ فَدَخَلُوا فِي غَارٍ فِي جَبَلٍ فَانْحَطَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ صَخْرَةٌ قَالَ فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ ادْعُوا اللَّهَ بِأَفْضَلِ عَمَلٍ عَمِلْتُمُوهُ فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمْ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي كَانَ لِي أَبَوَانِ شَيْخَانِ كَبِيرَانِ فَكُنْتُ أَخْرُجُ فَأَرْعَى ثُمَّ أَجِيءُ فَأَحْلُبُ فَأَجِيءُ بِالْحِلَابِ فَآتِي بِهِ أَبَوَيَّ فَيَشْرَبَانِ ثُمَّ أَسْقِي الصِّبْيَةَ وَأَهْلِي وَامْرَأَتِي فَاحْتَبَسْتُ لَيْلَةً فَجِئْتُ فَإِذَا هُمَا نَائِمَانِ قَالَ فَكَرِهْتُ أَنْ أُوقِظَهُمَا وَالصِّبْيَةُ يَتَضَاغَوْنَ عِنْدَ رِجْلَيَّ فَلَمْ يَزَلْ ذَلِكَ دَأْبِي وَدَأْبَهُمَا حَتَّى طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنِّي فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ ابْتِغَاءَ وَجْهِكَ فَافْرُجْ عَنَّا فُرْجَةً نَرَى مِنْهَا السَّمَاءَ قَالَ فَفُرِجَ عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنِّي كُنْتُ أُحِبُّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ بَنَاتِ عَمِّي كَأَشَدِّ مَا يُحِبُّ الرَّجُلُ النِّسَاءَ فَقَالَتْ لَا تَنَالُ ذَلِكَ مِنْهَا حَتَّى تُعْطِيَهَا مِائَةَ دِينَارٍ فَسَعَيْتُ فِيهَا حَتَّى جَمَعْتُهَا فَلَمَّا قَعَدْتُ بَيْنَ رِجْلَيْهَا قَالَتْ اتَّقِ اللَّهَ وَلَا تَفُضَّ الْخَاتَمَ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهِ فَقُمْتُ وَتَرَكْتُهَا فَإِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنِّي فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ ابْتِغَاءَ وَجْهِكَ فَافْرُجْ عَنَّا فُرْجَةً قَالَ فَفَرَجَ عَنْهُمْ الثُّلُثَيْنِ وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنِّي اسْتَأْجَرْتُ أَجِيرًا بِفَرَقٍ مِنْ ذُرَةٍ فَأَعْطَيْتُهُ وَأَبَى ذَاكَ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ فَعَمَدْتُ إِلَى ذَلِكَ الْفَرَقِ فَزَرَعْتُهُ حَتَّى اشْتَرَيْتُ مِنْهُ بَقَرًا وَرَاعِيهَا ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَقَالَ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ أَعْطِنِي حَقِّي فَقُلْتُ انْطَلِقْ إِلَى تِلْكَ الْبَقَرِ وَرَاعِيهَا فَإِنَّهَا لَكَ فَقَالَ أَتَسْتَهْزِئُ بِي قَالَ فَقُلْتُ مَا أَسْتَهْزِئُ بِكَ وَلَكِنَّهَا لَكَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنِّي فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ ابْتِغَاءَ وَجْهِكَ فَافْرُجْ عَنَّا فَكُشِفَ عَنْهُمْ

Narrated to us Ya'qub bin Ibrahim, Abu 'Asim narrated to us, Ibn Juraij informed us, he said: Musa bin Uqbah informed me, from Nafi,, from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) from the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him who said: Three people were walking, and rain fell upon them, so they entered a cave in a mountain, but a rock fell and trapped them. He said: Some of them Sa'dto the others: Call upon Allah with the best deed you have done. One of them said: O Allah, I had two elderly parents. I would go out to graze, then come back and milk, bringing the milk to my parents to drink, then I would give it to my children, my family, and my wife. One night I was delayed, and when I came, they were asleep. I disliked waking them, and my children were crying at my feet. This was my habit and theirs until dawn. O Allah, if You know that I did this seeking Your pleasure, open a gap for us to see the sky. He said: A gap was opened for them. Another said: O Allah, You know that I loved a woman, my cousin, as much as a man can love a woman. She said: You will not have her unless you give her one hundred dinars. I worked for it until I gathered it. When I sat between her legs, she said: Fear Allah and do not break the seal except rightfully. So I stood up and left her. If You know that I did this seeking Your pleasure, open a gap for us. He said: Two-thirds of the rock was removed. The other said: O Allah, You know that I hired a worker for a measure of grain, and I gave it to him, but he refused to take it. I cultivated that grain until I bought cows and their shepherd with it. Then he came and said: O servant of Allah, give me my right. I said: Go to those cows and their shepherd; they are yours. He said: Are you mocking me? I said: I am not mocking you, but they are yours. O Allah, if You know that I did this seeking Your pleasure, open a gap for us. Then the rock was fully removed, and they were freed.
