حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا حَدَّثَتْهُأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهَا إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكِ السَّلَامَ فَقَالَتْ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ

Narrated to us [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah], he said: narrated to us [Abdurrahim bin Sulaiman] from [Zakariya] from [Asy Sya'bi] from [Abu Salamah], that ['Aisyah], may Allah be pleased with her, narrated to him: 'The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to me: Indeed, Jibril, peace be upon him, conveys his salam to you." I replied: "Wa Alaihissalam wa Rahmatullahi (and upon him be peace and Allah’s mercy)."'"'
