حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ ذَرٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِجِبْرِيلَ مَا يَمْنَعُكَ أَنْ تَزُورَنَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا تَزُورُنَا قَالَ فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ{ وَمَا نَتَنَزَّلُ إِلَّا بِأَمْرِ رَبِّكَ }إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةَقَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ ذَرٍّ نَحْوَهُ

Narrated to us [Abdu bin Humaid] has told us [Ya'la bin Ubaid] has told us [Umar bin Dzarr] from [his father] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Abbas] said: Rasulullahpeace be upon him said to Jibril: "What prevents you from visiting us more often than usual?" then this verse came down: "And we (Jibril) did not go down, except by the command of your Rabb." (Maryam: 64) until the end of the verse. Abu Isa said: This hadith is hasan gharib. Narrated to us [Al Husain bin Huraits] has told us [Waki'] from [Umar bin Dzarr] it seems.
