حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَهْضَمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍأَنَّهُ رَأَى جِبْرِيلَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام مَرَّتَيْنِ وَدَعَا لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّتَيْنِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُرْسَلٌ وَلَا نَعْرِفُ لِأَبِي جَهْضَمٍ سَمَاعًا مِنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَقَدْ رَوَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبُو جَهْضَمٍ اسْمُهُ مُوسَى بْنُ سَالِمٍ

Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basyar] and [Mahmud bin Ghailan], both said: narrated to us [Abu Ahmad] from [Sufyan] from [Laits] from [Abu Jahdham] from [Ibnu Abbas] that he saw Gabriel, peace be upon him, twice, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, also prayed for him twice. Abu Isa said: 'This hadith is a mursal hadith, we do not know if Abu Jahdham heard from Ibnu Abbas, and it has also been narrated from 'Ubaidillah bin Abdullah bin Abbas from Ibnu Abbas. Abu Jahdham’s real name is Musa bin Salim.'
