حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَأَرْدَفَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ جَمْعٍ إِلَى مِنًى فَلَمْ يَزَلْ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَوَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ الْفَضْلِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ أَنَّ الْحَاجَّ لَا يَقْطَعُ التَّلْبِيَةَ حَتَّى يَرْمِيَ الْجَمْرَةَ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَقَ

Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basyar], narrated to us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Ibn Juraij] from ['Atha'] from [Ibn Abbas] from [Al Fadl bin Abbas], he said: 'The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him gave me a ride from Jama' to Mina while continuously saying talbiyah until he threw the jamrah.' Abu Isa At Tirmidzi said: 'A similar hadith is narrated from Ali, Ibn Mas'ud, and Ibn Abbas.' Abu 'Isa said: 'The hadith of Al Fadl bin Abbas is hasan sahih and is practiced by the scholars among the Companions of the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him. That one performing Hajj does not stop talbiyah until he throws the jamrah. This is the opinion of Syafi'i, Ahmad, and Ishaq.'"
