Narrated to us [Qutaibah] narrated to us [Laits] from [Nafi'] from [Ibnu Umar] said; 'A man stood then asked; 'O Messenger of Allah, what clothes do you command us to wear when Ihram?' The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him answered: 'Do not wear shirts and pants (that are sewn) also burnus. Do not wear head covers, sandals up to the calves. Unless he does not have two sandals, then he may wear khuf and should cut it below the two ankles. Do not wear clothes given Za'faron oil and wars. Nor should a woman wear a veil and gloves.' Abu 'Isa said; 'This is a hasan sahih hadith and practiced by the scholars.'
