Shafa dan Marwah termasuk syiar Allah
Imam Ahmad : 24717حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ أَرَأَيْتِ قَوْلَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ { إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ أَوْ اعْتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا } وَاللَّهِ مَا عَلَى أَحَدٍ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ لَا يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا قَالَتْ بِئْسَمَا قُلْتَ يَا ابْنَ أُخْتِي إِنَّهَا لَوْ كَانَتْ كَمَا أَوَّلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ كَانَتْ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ لَا يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا إِنَّمَا أُنْزِلَتْ أَنَّ هَذَا الْحَيَّ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ كَانُوا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْلِمُوا يُهِلُّوا لِمَنَاةَ الطَّاغِيَةِ الَّتِي كَانُوا يَعْبُدُونَ عِنْدَ الْمُشَلَّلِ وَكَانَ مَنْ أَهَلَّ لَهَا يَتَحَرَّجُ أَنْ يَطَّوَّفَ بِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ فَسَأَلُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ { إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ أَوْ اعْتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا } قَالَ ثُمَّ قَدْ سَنَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الطَّوَافَ بِهِمَا فَلَيْسَ يَنْبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَدَعَ الطَّوَافَ بِهِمَا
Narrated to us [Abu Kamil] Narrated to us [Ibrahim] Narrated to us [Ibn Shihab] from [Urwah] said: I asked [Aisha]; "What do you think about the Word of Allah 'the Mighty and Majestic: Indeed shafa and marwah are signs of the syi'ar of Allah, whoever makes the Hajj at the Kaaba or performs the Umrah then it is okay for him to perform Tawaf on both for the sake of Allah, is it permissible for someone not to make Tawaf on both?" Aisha said: "How bad is what you have said. O my nephew! If the verse is as you explain, then there is nothing wrong with him not doing Tawaf on both of them. But really, this verse was revealed regarding a group of Ansar people before they converted to Islam, they made Tawaf with the intention of the Manat idol which they worshiped during the dry season. Those who intend it, must make Tawaf on Shafa and Marwah. They asked RasulullahPeace be upon him'alaihi wa sallam about Then Allah 'the Mighty and Majestic revealed: Indeed shafa and marwah are among the signs of the syi'ar of Allah, whoever performs Hajj or Umrah then it is okay for him to perform Tawaf on both of them." Urwah said: "Then Rasulullah Peace be upon him ordered the sunnah to perform Tawaf on both of them and it is not appropriate for someone to leave Tawaf on both of them.
