حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ حَدَّثَنَا الصَّعْقُ بْنُ حَزْنٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ قِيلَ لَهُ مَا الْمَقَامُ الْمَحْمُودُ قَالَ ذَاكَ يَوْمٌ يَنْزِلُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَلَى كُرْسِيِّهِ يَئِطُّ كَمَا يَئِطُّ الرَّحْلُ الْجَدِيدُ مِنْ تَضَايُقِهِ بِهِ وَهُوَ كَسَعَةِ مَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَيُجَاءُ بِكُمْ حُفَاةً عُرَاةً غُرْلًا فَيَكُونُ أَوَّلَ مَنْ يُكْسَى إِبْرَاهِيمُ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى اكْسُوا خَلِيلِي فَيُؤْتَى بِرَيْطَتَيْنِ بَيْضَاوَيْنِ مِنْ رِيَاطِ الْجَنَّةِ ثُمَّ أُكْسَى عَلَى إِثْرِهِ ثُمَّ أَقُومُ عَنْ يَمِينِ اللَّهِ مَقَامًا يَغْبِطُنِي الْأَوَّلُونَ وَالْآخِرُونَ

Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Al Fadlal] Narrated to us [Ash Sh'q bin Hazn] from [Ali bin Al Hakam] from [Uthman bin Umair] from [Abu Wa`il] from [Ibn Mas'ud] from the Prophet Peace be upon him, he said:It was said to him; What is the meaning of this blessed place? He answered: "On that day Allah descended into His chair which made a sound like the sound of a new vehicle because of its narrowness, even though the chair was as wide as the sky and the earth. You will be brought barefoot, naked and uncircumcised, the first person to be clothed was Ibrahim. Allah Ta'ala said: Give clothes to My beloved. Then he was given two clothes from the clothes of heaven which are very fine and white. Then I was given clothes after him, then I also stood on the right side of Allah, a place that causes people to the former and the latter feel jealous of me.
