حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْأَسَدِيِّ عَنْ فَاتِكِ بْنِ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ أَيْمَنَ بْنِ خُرَيْمٍأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ خَطِيبًا فَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ عَدَلَتْ شَهَادَةُ الزُّورِ إِشْرَاكًا بِاللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ{ فَاجْتَنِبُوا الرِّجْسَ مِنْ الْأَوْثَانِ وَاجْتَنِبُوا قَوْلَ الزُّورِ }قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ إِنَّمَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَاخْتَلَفُوا فِي رِوَايَةِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَلَا نَعْرِفُ لِأَيْمَنَ بْنِ خُرَيْمٍ سَمَاعًا مِنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Mani'] has told us [Marwan bin Mu'awiyah] from [Sufyan bin Ziyad Al Asadi] from [Fatik bin Fadlalah] from [Aiman bin Khuraim], the Prophetpeace be upon him stood up to preach, he said: "False testimony is equivalent to associating partners with Allah," then he read: "So stay away from the idols that unclean and stay away from lying." (Al-Hajj: 30) Abu Isa said: This hadith is gharib, we only know about it from the hadith of Sufyan bin ZIyad, they dispute the history of this hadith from Sufyan bin Ziyad and we do not know what Aiman bin Khuraim heard from the prophetpeace be upon him.
