حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ السَّمْعُ وَالطَّاعَةُ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ فِيمَا أَحَبَّ وَكَرِهَ مَا لَمْ يُؤْمَرْ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَإِنْ أُمِرَ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَلَا سَمْعَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا طَاعَةَقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ وَالْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْغِفَارِيِّ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

Narrated to us [Qutaibah] said, narrated to us [Al Laits] from [Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Nafi'] from [Ibnu Umar], he said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: A Muslim must listen and obey, whether in matters he likes or dislikes, as long as he is not commanded to sin. If commanded to sin, he should neither listen nor obey." Abu Isa said: 'In this matter, there are also hadiths from Ali, Imran bin Hushain, and Al Hakam bin Amru Al Ghifari. This hadith is hasan sahih.'"
