أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ أَنَّ وَلَدَ الزِّنَا لَا يَرِثُهُ الَّذِي يَدَّعِيهِ وَلَا يَرِثُهُ الْمَوْلُودُ

Narrated to us [Abu Nu'aim] Narrated to us [Zuhair] from [Al Hasan bin Al Hurr] who Informed to me [Al Hakam] that the child of adultery cannot be inherited by the person who acknowledges him as a child and cannot be inherited by the child he gives birth to.
