Narrated by [Sahl bin Abu Sahl], narrated by [Ma'n bin Isa], and [Muhammad bin Yahya], narrated by [Bisyr bin Umar], both said: Narrated by [Malik] from [Ibnu Syihab] from ['Urwah] from [Aisyah], that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was ill, he recited the Mu'awwidhatain (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas) over himself and blew air. When his pain worsened, I recited over him and wiped with his hand, hoping for its blessing.
