حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى الْمَازِنِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌوَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَجَابِرٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ وَشُعْبَةُ وَمَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْهُ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنْ لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَالْوَسْقُ سِتُّونَ صَاعًا وَخَمْسَةُ أَوْسُقٍ ثَلَاثُ مِائَةِ صَاعٍ وَصَاعُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَمْسَةُ أَرْطَالٍ وَثُلُثٌ وَصَاعُ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ ثَمَانِيَةُ أَرْطَالٍ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَالْأُوقِيَّةُ أَرْبَعُونَ دِرْهَمًا وَخَمْسُ أَوَاقٍ مِائَتَا دِرْهَمٍ وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ يَعْنِي لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسٍ مِنْ الْإِبِلِ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ خَمْسًا وَعِشْرِينَ مِنْ الْإِبِلِ فَفِيهَا بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ وَفِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ مِنْ الْإِبِلِ فِي كُلِّ خَمْسٍ مِنْ الْإِبِلِ شَاةٌ

Narrated to us [Qutaibah], narrated to us [Abdul 'Aziz bin Muhammad] from [Amru bin Yahya Al Mazini] from [his father] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no zakat obligation if camels are less than five, and no zakat on silver less than five uqiyah (one uqiyah is forty dirham), and no zakat on crops less than five wasaq (one wasaq equals 60 sha' which is about 656 kg. Wheat)." In this chapter (there is also narration -pent) from Abu Hurairah, Ibnu Umar, Jabir and Abdullah bin Amru. Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basysyar], narrated to us [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi], narrated to us [Sufyan] and [Syu'bah] and [Malik bin Anas] from [Amru bin Yahya] from [his father] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, like the hadith of Abdul aziz from Amru bin Yahya. Abu Isa said, the hadith of Abu Sa'id is a hasan sahih hadith, this hadith has been narrated from several paths and practiced by the people of knowledge that there is no zakat obligation on crops less than five wasaq, one wasaq is 60 sha', while five wasaq is three hundred sha', and the sha' according to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is five and one-third kati (one kati about 8 ounces or one liter). While the gantang of the people of Kufah is eight kati. No zakat on silver less than five Uqiyah, one Uqiyah equals forty dirham, so five wasaq equals two hundred dirham. No zakat on camels less than five, if having twenty-five camels, then zakat is one bintu Makhadl, if having less than five camels, then for every five camels zakat is one goat.
