أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّعَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَحِلُّ فِي الْبُرِّ وَالتَّمْرِ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ وَلَا يَحِلُّ فِي الْوَرِقِ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوَاقٍ وَلَا يَحِلُّ فِي إِبِلٍ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ خَمْسَ ذَوْدٍ

Narrated to us [Isma'il bin Mas'ud] he said :Narrated to us [Yazid bin Zurai'] he said :Narrated to us [Rauh bin Al Qasim] he said : It has been told to me by ['Amru bin Yahya bin 'Umarah] from [his father] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] from Rasulullah peace be upon him, he said: "It is not halal to give zakat on wheat and dates until it reaches five wasaq, it is not halal to give zakat on silver until it reaches five uqiyah and it is not halal to give zakat on camels until it reaches five heads."
