Semua ketentuan zakat telah diatur oleh Rasulullah dan diberikan kepada Utsman
Imam Bukhari : 2880حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُوقَةَ عَنْ مُنْذِرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ قَالَلَوْ كَانَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ذَاكِرًا عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ذَكَرَهُ يَوْمَ جَاءَهُ نَاسٌ فَشَكَوْا سُعَاةَ عُثْمَانَ فَقَالَ لِي عَلِيٌّ اذْهَبْ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ فَأَخْبِرْهُ أَنَّهَا صَدَقَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمُرْ سُعَاتَكَ يَعْمَلُونَ فِيهَا فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِهَا فَقَالَ أَغْنِهَا عَنَّا فَأَتَيْتُ بِهَا عَلِيًّا فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ فَقَالَ ضَعْهَا حَيْثُ أَخَذْتَهَاقَالَ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُوقَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُنْذِرًا الثَّوْرِيَّ عَنْ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ قَالَ أَرْسَلَنِي أَبِي خُذْ هَذَا الْكِتَابَ فَاذْهَبْ بِهِ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ فَإِنَّ فِيهِ أَمْرَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الصَّدَقَةِ
Al à dit [Qutaibah bin Said] al à dit [Sufyan] di [Mohammed bin Suwqah] di [Mundzir] di [Ibn Al Hanafiyah] al à dit; “Se Ali Radliallahu Anhu al ricuardàs di Usman, alore al si ricuardarès di lui cuant che la int e vignive daûr di lui lamentantsi dal compuartament dai uficiâi zakat Uthman. Cussì [Ali] al mi disè; “Va a Uthman e dîi che e je la shadaqah dal Rasulullah Sallam e ordenâ al to ‘amil di puartâ indenant secont lis disposizions’. Duncje o ai cjatât Uthman cul messaç di Ali. Usman al disè; ‘Cjape vie chê almose di nô’. Dopo o ai cjatât Ali cu la almose che e veve di jessi par Uthman, po dopo o ai contât ce che al jere sucedût, cussì al à dit; ‘Lassâ il zakat come che al è dulà che tu lu cjapis’. [Al Humaidiy] al à dit, al à contât [Sufyan] al à contât [Mohammed bin Suwqah] al à dit che o ai sintût [Ibn Al Hanafiy] dî; ’ [Mi pari] al mi à mandât e al à dit; tignî cheste letare e puartâle a Usman parcè che e conten lis disposizions dai ordins dal Profete Sallam rivuart la cuistion de shadaqah -zakat-'.
