حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ عَنْ إِسْحَقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ قَالَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ غُفِرَ لَهُ سَنَةٌ أَمَامَهُ وَسَنَةٌ بَعْدَهُ

Narrated by [Hisyam bin Ammar], he said: Narrated by [Yahya bin Hamzah] from [Ishaq bin Abdullah] from ['Iyadl bin Abdullah] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] from [Qatadah bin An Nu'man], he said: I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: Whoever fasts on the Day of 'Arafah, their sins of the year before and after are forgiven.
