حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ ح و حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَرْوَانَ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَكَرِيَّاءَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْإِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيَتَعَذَّرُ فِي مَرَضِهِ أَيْنَ أَنَا الْيَوْمَ أَيْنَ أَنَا غَدًا اسْتِبْطَاءً لِيَوْمِ عَائِشَةَ فَلَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمِي قَبَضَهُ اللَّهُ بَيْنَ سَحْرِي وَنَحْرِي وَدُفِنَ فِي بَيْتِي

Isma'il narrated to us, Sulaiman narrated to me, from Hisham, and also narrated, Muhammad bin Harb narrated to us, Abu Marwan Yahya bin Abu Zakariya' narrated to us, from Hisham, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, who said: When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was ill and seeking excuse from his wives? turns, he would say, 'Where am I today, and where tomorrow?' hoping to stay longer with 'Aishah. When it was my turn, Allah took his soul between my chest and lap, and he was buried in my house.
