Narrated to us [Abu Kuraib] and [Abu Sa'id Al Asyaj], both said: narrated to us [Abu Usamah] from [Mujalid] from ['Amir Asy Sya'bi] from [Jabir bin Abdullah], he said: Sa'd came forward, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'This is my uncle, so let someone show me an uncle like him.' (Meaning there is no uncle like his uncle.) The narrator (Abu Isa) said: 'This hadith is a hasan gharib hadith, we only know it from the hadith of Mujalid. Sa'd bin Abu Waqash is from Bani Zuhrah, as is the mother of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who is from Bani Zuhrah, which is why the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: This is my uncle."'"
