و حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ وَحَرْمَلَةُ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ لَمَّا قَدِمَ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ مِنْ مَكَّةَ الْمَدِينَةَ قَدِمُوا وَلَيْسَ بِأَيْدِيهِمْ شَيْءٌ وَكَانَ الْأَنْصَارُ أَهْلَ الْأَرْضِ وَالْعَقَارِ فَقَاسَمَهُمْ الْأَنْصَارُ عَلَى أَنْ أَعْطَوْهُمْ أَنْصَافَ ثِمَارِ أَمْوَالِهِمْ كُلَّ عَامٍ وَيَكْفُونَهُمْ الْعَمَلَ وَالْمَئُونَةَ وَكَانَتْ أُمُّ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ وَهِيَ تُدْعَى أُمَّ سُلَيْمٍ وَكَانَتْ أُمُّ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ كَانَ أَخًا لِأَنَسٍ لِأُمِّهِ وَكَانَتْ أَعْطَتْ أُمُّ أَنَسٍ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِذَاقًا لَهَا فَأَعْطَاهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُمَّ أَيْمَنَ مَوْلَاتَهُ أُمَّ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنْ قِتَالِ أَهْلِ خَيْبَرَ وَانْصَرَفَ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ رَدَّ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ إِلَى الْأَنْصَارِ مَنَائِحَهُمْ الَّتِي كَانُوا مَنَحُوهُمْ مِنْ ثِمَارِهِمْ قَالَ فَرَدَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى أُمِّي عِذَاقَهَا وَأَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُمَّ أَيْمَنَ مَكَانَهُنَّ مِنْ حَائِطِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ وَكَانَ مِنْ شَأْنِ أُمِّ أَيْمَنَ أُمِّ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ وَصِيفَةً لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ وَكَانَتْ مِنْ الْحَبَشَةِ فَلَمَّا وَلَدَتْ آمِنَةُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ مَا تُوُفِّيَ أَبُوهُ فَكَانَتْ أُمُّ أَيْمَنَ تَحْضُنُهُ حَتَّى كَبِرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَعْتَقَهَا ثُمَّ أَنْكَحَهَا زَيْدَ بْنَ حَارِثَةَ ثُمَّ تُوُفِّيَتْ بَعْدَ مَا تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِخَمْسَةِ أَشْهُرٍ

Narrated to us [Abu At Thahir] and [Harmalah], both: informed us [Ibn Wahb], informed me [Yunus] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Anas bin Malik], he said, 'When the Muhajirin arrived from Mecca to Medina, they came with nothing, while the Ansar had land and date groves. The Ansar shared some with the Muhajirin, on the condition they give half their harvest yearly. The Muhajirin paid the Ansar with labor and food.' Anas’s mother, Ummu Sulaim, and the mother of Abdullah bin Abu Talhah—Anas’s half-brother—gave her date grove to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, who gave it to Ummu Aiman, the freed slave of Usamah bin Zaid’s mother. Ibn Shihab said, 'Anas bin Malik informed me that when the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, returned from Khaibar to Medina, the Muhajirin returned the date groves given by the Ansar to them.' Ibn Shihab said, 'The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, returned the grove to my mother and gave a portion of his grove to Ummu Aiman.' Ibn Shihab said, 'Ummu Aiman’s issue was that she, Usamah bin Zaid’s mother, was a servant from Abyssinia owned by Abdullah bin Abdul Muththalib. When Aminah, the Prophet’s mother, gave birth to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, after his father’s death, Ummu Aiman cared for him until he grew up. He freed her, and she married Zaid bin Harithah. Ummu Aiman died five years after the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.'
