حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَمَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِنَفَرٍ يَرْمُونَ فَقَالَ رَمْيًا بَنِي إِسْمَعِيلَ فَإِنَّ أَبَاكُمْ كَانَ رَامِيًا

Narrated by [Muhammad bin Yahya], narrated by [Abdurrazaq], informed by [Sufyan] from [Al A'masy] from [Ziyad bin Hushain] from [Abu Al 'Aliyah] from [Ibnu 'Abbas], who said: The Prophet, peace be upon him, passed by a group shooting arrows and said: 'Shoot, O sons of Ismail, for your father was an archer.'
