حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ ثَعْلَبَةَ الطَّائِيُّ عَنْ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يُصْبِحُ أَوْ حِينَ يُمْسِي اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ أَبُوءُ بِنِعْمَتِكَ وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي إِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ فَمَاتَ مِنْ يَوْمِهِ أَوْ مِنْ لَيْلَتِهِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Yunus], he said: narrated to us [Zuhair], he said: narrated to us [Al Walid bin Tsa'labah Ath Tha`i] from [Ibnu Buraidah] from [his father], from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, he said: 'Whoever, in the morning and evening, recites: ALLAHUMMA ANTA RABBII LAA ILAAHA ILLA ANTA KHALAQTANII WA ANA ABDUKA WA ANA 'ALAA 'AHDIKA WA WA'DIKA MASTATHA'TU A'UUDZU BIKA MIN SYARRI MAA SHANA'TU ABUU`U BINI'MATIKA WA ABUU`U BI DZANBII FAGHFIRLII INNAHU LAA YAGHFIRUDZ DZUNUUBA ILLA ANTA (O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me, and I am Your servant. I uphold Your covenant and promise to the best of my ability. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your blessings upon me and confess my sins to You, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You). If he dies that day or night, he will enter Paradise.'
