حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ عَنْ أَبِي مَرْثَدٍ الْغَنَوِيِّ قَالَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَجْلِسُوا عَلَى الْقُبُورِ وَلَا تُصَلُّوا إِلَيْهَاقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَعَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ وَبَشِيرِ ابْنِ الْخَصَاصِيَةِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ وَأَبُو عَمَّارٍ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ عَنْ أَبِي مَرْثَدٍ الْغَنَوِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ وَهَذَا الصَّحِيحُ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ وَحَدِيثُ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ خَطَأٌ أَخْطَأَ فِيهِ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَزَادَ فِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ بُسْرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ هَكَذَا رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ وَبُسْرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ قَدْ سَمِعَ مِنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ

Narrated to us [Hannad], narrated to us [Abdullah bin Mubarak] from [Abdurrahman bin Yazid bin Jabir] from [Busr bin 'Ubaidullah] from [Abu Idris Al Khaulani] from [Watsilah bin Al Asqa'] from [Abu Martsad Al Ghanawi] he said; The Prophet peace and blessings be upon him said: 'Do not sit on graves and do not pray facing towards them.' (Abu Isa At Tirmidzi) said; 'A similar hadith is narrated from Abu Hurairah, 'Amr bin Hazm and Bashir bin Al Khashashah. Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basyar], narrated to us [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] from [Abdullah bin Mubarak] with this chain like above. Narrated to us [Ali bin Hujr] and [Abu 'Ammar] said; informed us [Al Walid bin Muslim] from [Abdurrahman bin Yazid bin Jabir] from [Busr bin 'Ubaidullah] from [Watsilah bin Al Asqa'] from [Abu Marthad Al Ghanawi] from the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him like above. And in it there is no 'From Abu Idris' and this is authentic. Abu Isa said; 'Muhammad said; 'The hadith of Ibn Mubarak is an error, Ibn Mubarak erred and added it from Abu Idris Al Khaulani, the correct is Busr bin 'Ubaidullah from Watsilah, thus more than one narrated from Abdurrahman bin Yazid bin Jabir and in it there is no chain 'from Abu Idris and Busr bin 'Ubaidullah heard from Watsilah bin Al Asqa'.'"
