Narrated to us ['Abdul A'la bin Washil bin 'Abdil A'la Al Kufi] and [Abu Zur'ah] both said, narrated to us [Muhammad bin Ash Shalt] from [Fulaih bin Sulaiman] from [Sa'id bin Al Harits] from [Abu Hurairah], he said, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, when going out (to the prayer place) on Eid day took one path, and when returning he took another path. In this chapter (there is also narration from) from Abdullah bin Umar and Abu Rafi'. Abu Isa said, Abu Hurairah's hadith is a hasan gharib hadith. [Abu Tumailah] and [Yunus bin Muhammad] narrated this hadith from [Fulaih bin Sulaiman] from [Sa'id bin Al Harits] from [Jabir bin Abdullah], he said, some of the people of knowledge emphasize for an imam, if he goes out (to the prayer place) with one path he should return taking another path, following this hadith, it is the statement of Syafi'i, it seems Jabir's hadith is the most sahih hadith.
