حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ حَدَّثَنَا عِيَاضٌ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ دَخَلَ رَجُلٌ الْمَسْجِدَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ فَدَعَاهُ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ دَخَلَ الْجُمُعَةَ الثَّانِيَةَ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ فَدَعَاهُ فَأَمَرَهُ ثُمَّ دَخَلَ الْجُمُعَةَ الثَّالِثَةَ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ تَصَدَّقُوا فَفَعَلُوا فَأَعْطَاهُ ثَوْبَيْنِ مِمَّا تَصَدَّقُوا ثُمَّ قَالَ تَصَدَّقُوا فَأَلْقَى أَحَدَ ثَوْبَيْهِ فَانْتَهَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَكَرِهَ مَا صَنَعَ ثُمَّ قَالَ انْظُرُوا إِلَى هَذَا فَإِنَّهُ دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ فِي هَيْئَةٍ بَذَّةٍ فَدَعَوْتُهُ فَرَجَوْتُ أَنْ تُعْطُوا لَهُ فَتَصَدَّقُوا عَلَيْهِ وَتَكْسُوهُ فَلَمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَقُلْتُ تَصَدَّقُوا فَتَصَدَّقُوا فَأَعْطَيْتُهُ ثَوْبَيْنِ مِمَّا تَصَدَّقُوا ثُمَّ قُلْتُ تَصَدَّقُوا فَأَلْقَى أَحَدَ ثَوْبَيْهِ خُذْ ثَوْبَكَ وَانْتَهَرَهُ

Narrated to us [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Ibn 'Ajlan] said: has narrated to us [Iyadh] from [Abu Sa'id] he said: "On Friday, a man entered the mosque while The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him was on the pulpit, then he called him and ordered him to pray two rak'ahs. Then when he entered the mosque on the second Friday and The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him was on the pulpit, he called him and ordered him to pray two rak'ahs. Then when he entered the mosque on the third Friday and The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him was on the pulpit, he called him and told him to pray two rak'ahs. After that he said: "Give charity," then they did so, he then gave the person two pieces of cloth from what the companions had given in charity. After that he said again, "Give charity, you," then the person threw one of his cloths so that The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him rebuked him because he didn't like what he had done. he did. He then said: "Look at this man, indeed he entered the mosque in a dirty condition, then I called him and I hoped that you would give it to him and then you would give alms to him, and that you would give him clothes but you didn't do it, then I said to you, "Give charity," then you gave alms. Then I gave him two pieces of cloth from what you gave alms, after that I said: "Give charity," then he threw one of his cloths, take yours," and he rebuked him.
