حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ أَخْبَرَنَا الْوَلِيدُ هُوَ ابْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُمَيْرُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جُنَادَةُ بْنُ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ حَدَّثَنِي عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ تَعَارَّ مِنْ اللَّيْلِ فَقَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي أَوْ دَعَا اسْتُجِيبَ لَهُ فَإِنْ تَوَضَّأَ وَصَلَّى قُبِلَتْ صَلَاتُهُ

Sadaqah bin Al-Fadl narrated to us, Al-Walid, who is the son of Muslim, narrated to us, Al-Awza'i narrated to us, 'Umair bin Hani' narrated to me, Junadah bin Abu Umayyah narrated to me, 'Ubadah bin As-Samit narrated to me, from the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him who said: 'Whoever wakes up at night and says, "There is no deity except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs all praise, and He is capable of all things. All praise is for Allah, Glory be to Allah, there is no deity except Allah, Allah is the Greatest, and there is no power or strength except with Allah," then says, "O Allah, forgive me," or makes a supplication, it will be answered. If he performs ablution and prays, his prayer will be accepted.'
