حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا ضُبَارَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي السُّلَيْكِ أَخْبَرَنِي دُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ إِنَّ أَبَا قَتَادَةَ بْنَ رِبْعِيٍّ أَخْبَرَهُأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ افْتَرَضْتُ عَلَى أُمَّتِكَ خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍ وَعَهِدْتُ عِنْدِي عَهْدًا أَنَّهُ مَنْ حَافَظَ عَلَيْهِنَّ لِوَقْتِهِنَّ أَدْخَلْتُهُ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يُحَافِظْ عَلَيْهِنَّ فَلَا عَهْدَ لَهُ عِنْدِي

Narrated by Yahya bin Uthman bin Sa'id bin Kathir bin Dinar Al-Himsi from Baqiyyah bin Al-Walid, from Dhubarah bin Abdullah bin Abi Sulayk, from Duwaid bin Nafi', from Az-Zuhri, who said: Sa'id bin Al-Musayyab said that Abu Qatadah bin Rib'i informed him that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Allah, Mighty and Exalted, said, 'I have obligated five prayers upon your nation, and I have made a covenant with Myself: Whoever maintains them at their appointed times, I will admit to Paradise. Whoever does not maintain them has no covenant with Me.'
